# Savings

## What is Auro Savings Rate?

The Auro Savings Rate is an automated token-accumulation mechanism of the decentralised Auro protocol that takes into account the effect of accumulated USDA compounded in real time.

The Auro Savings Rate is variable, determined not by market factors but by Auro ecosystem.

## How it works?

The Auro Protocol dynamically and automatically adds USDA tokens to the entire pool of USDA supplied to the module every few seconds, in accordance with the Auro Savings Rate.

## Save USDA

Use USDA to access the Auro Savings module of the decentralized Auro protocol and accumulate additional USDA over time. No minimum supply amount is required; withdraw anytime.

With Auro, you always remain in control of your savings, as this feature is non-custodial.
